1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "vvjp," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to vvjp Casino, operating at vvjp.cam, a PAGCOR-registered online gaming operator licensed to provide online casino, sports betting, and related gaming services within the Republic of the Philippines.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the vvjp platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vvjp platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and vvjp Casino.

If you are accessing the vvjp platform on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use vvjp Casino, you must:

vvjp Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of the relevant account pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access vvjp Casino's gaming services, you must create an account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may register and maintain only one vvjp account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vvjp Casino shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 5 Deposits & Payments

Funds deposited into your vvjp Wallet must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. vvjp Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vvjp Casino does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own charges. Deposits generally reflect in your Wallet instantly for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.

By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that the funds are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity. vvjp Casino maintains compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your vvjp Wallet will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to your verified registered payment method on file. vvjp Casino does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods not registered in your name.

vvjp Casino aims to process withdrawal requests for GCash and Maya on the same business day the request is submitted, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet are typically processed within one to two business days, depending on the receiving institution.

vvjp Casino reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification for withdrawal requests exceeding applicable AML thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold pending completion of such verification. Providing false or misleading documentation during this process will result in immediate account closure.

• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• vvjp Casino reserves the right to void winnings obtained through the exploitation of technical errors or system malfunctions.
• Multiple small withdrawals made to circumvent verification thresholds (structuring) are prohibited under applicable AML laws.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

vvjp Casino may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (for sports betting), time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. General bonus rules applicable across all vvjp Casino promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Unverified accounts are not eligible for promotional benefits.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vvjp platform operate according to the rules published within the game interface or accompanying documentation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.

vvjp Casino uses certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games. The RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time under professionally monitored conditions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvjp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one vvjp account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer poker or sports betting pools.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using vvjp Casino to launder money in contravention of RA 9160.
• Engaging in any conduct that vvjp Casino reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward platform staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine gaming activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vvjp platform — including but not limited to the vvjp brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and multimedia content — is the property of vvjp Casino or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vvjp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of vvjp Casino.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

vvjp Casino does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vvjp Casino's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

vvjp Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You fail to satisfactorily complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• vvjp Casino suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with your account.
• Regulatory requirements, court orders, or directions from PAGCOR or another competent authority require suspension or closure.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with vvjp's dormancy policy.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found, legitimate balances (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your vvjp account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to vvjp Casino's customer support team for attempted resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under applicable regulations. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any matters that cannot otherwise be resolved.

15 Amendments to These Terms

vvjp Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vvjp will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the vvjp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the most current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were most recently revised.
